Most recently leading teams globally, I have spent the past 15+ years, collaborating and building experiences, utilizing digital and designed solutions to champion positive change believing in what we can forward together, even as we face some of the biggest challenges we have seen to date. Most working in food security and connecting our creative communities to amplify voices & impact work globally.

I am not only passionate about ways we can better enable impact throughout the communities we seek to serve, but am also passionate about the strength of employing creative solutions and new technology to bolster the work on the ground and throughout the product experience. 

I have a unique career globally overseeing not only the innovative digital and content strategies, data design and data-driven creative solutions, organizational development, project and product development across cross-functional teams, but also the overarching systems and designed solutions that positively impact business and strategic goals. I have held strong leadership positions over the years, but understand success is in your team. Bridging and breeding engagement around collaborative efforts establishing strong relationships both internal and external is something that comes natural to me, as I deeply care about the teams I work with and the impact we drive together. I value diversity and appreciate the empathy needed to solve problems at multiple levels.
